Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Tally ERP (hands-on usage not required initially). Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MS Office applications.
Understanding of budgeting, accounting principles, and reconciliation processes
